Role Overview
We seek passionate and dynamic individuals with an enthusiasm for food to join our team on an exciting journey. As a member of our back of house team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding culinary experiences, contributing to our success story with a positive and ambitious attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items skillfully, maintaining high standards across all kitchen areas including sushi rolling, hot section cooking, and raw product preparation.
- Ensure the kitchen environment is clean and safe by consistently adhering to sanitation, food safety protocols, and health and safety regulations.
- Meet tight deadlines typical of a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment while managing inventory controls to monitor stock and minimize waste.
- Support workstation setup, maintenance, handover, and closing duties during each shift.
- Complete all required training to maintain a safe and high-quality environment for team members and guests.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and product specifications to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage as an enthusiastic team player, actively participating in team meetings, briefings, and staying updated on company news and initiatives.
