Overview

The Windsor Forest Colleges group seeks a dedicated Teacher specializing in Business Marketing with a focus on Travel & Tourism to join the Strode’s College team in Egham on a permanent full-time contract. This position offers a salary range from £31,633 (T1) to £45,341 (T11), dependent on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The anticipated start date is 19th August 2026.

Role Responsibilities

As a vital contributor to the Business, IT and Economics department, the successful candidate will manage the delivery and development of an engaging teaching program in Business and Marketing. The teacher will employ effective strategies to enhance student learning at Level 3, ensuring progress and successful completion of courses with added value.

The role involves designing and implementing tailored teaching methods, meeting curriculum and assessment standards consistently. The teacher will maintain precise records of student progress, including examination outcomes, utilizing this data to boost retention and achievement rates.

Additionally, the role demands leadership and inspiration for students, facilitating their personal growth through organizing extracurricular and pastoral activities. Collaboration within the department to formulate and sustain morale-boosting teaching strategies is a key aspect.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification with substantial experience teaching Level 3 courses, particularly T-Levels or in Travel and Tourism.
