Job description

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator for the Skincare Cluster plays a vital role in supporting the implementation of regional marketing tactics and commercial projects within Travel Retail West. This position reports directly to two Regional Marketing Managers and is centered around operational, analytical, and administrative duties to facilitate product rollouts, promotional efforts, assortment control, and in-store marketing programs. The incumbent is expected to work onsite, spending four days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in deploying comprehensive regional marketing and campaign strategies for the Skincare portfolio.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials supporting launches, promotions, and retail activities.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure timely execution of displays and collateral across locations.
  • Contribute to the customization and localization of promotional content as needed.
  • Create tailored launch and activation packs to empower sales personnel and in-store teams.
  • Manage seasonal assortment updates with precision, maintaining accuracy across assortment management platforms.
  • Keep key documentation current, including assortments, tester orders, discontinuation logs, and sales allocation tools.
  • Support launch preparations by providing relevant tools and information to internal stakeholders.
  • Work alongside Product Managers during quarterly pricing assessments and provide documentation for new product pricing.
  • Act as a liaison for sales teams, addressing requests promptly and offering marketing assistance.
  • Disseminate regular updates on product availability, stock status, launch timelines, and marketing collateral.
  • Support promotional site activations and the creation of retailer-specific marketing materials.
  • Prepare business review materials, retailer presentations, and summaries of launch outcomes.
  • Generate analysis on sales performance post-launch to aid commercial decision-making.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaign rollouts.
  • Contribute to event summaries, campaign evaluations, and reports for regional and global leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records and tools to support strategic business planning.
  • Manage purchase order processes aligned with budget and company policy.
  • Monitor marketing expenditures and support budget oversight efforts.
  • Ensure documentation and marketing systems are updated and maintained promptly.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Regional Marketing Managers as necessary.
