We are seeking a talented Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown in Brown Thomas, Cork. As a skilled make-up artist, you will blend your creativity, technical knowledge, and passion for client engagement to deliver a welcoming, inspiring, and tailored in-store experience that educates and delights customers.

You will actively participate in a dynamic, high-performing team environment focused on delivering impactful in-store events and maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards to ensure the store stands apart in the competitive marketplace.

Candidate Profile

This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who desires a progressive career path with a leading prestige beauty brand. While make-up artistry certification and prior retail make-up experience are advantageous, we also invite applicants with amateur experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred: certified make-up artistry or relevant retail make-up background, although enthusiastic amateurs with proven skill are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated capacity to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events within a fast-paced retail setting
• Experience using retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Legal right to live and work in Ireland, with the ability to provide verification if invited for an interview
