Job Purpose

The position aims to ensure student achievement and help learners fulfill their potential by applying the SABIS® curriculum, philosophy, and teaching methods effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using provided or self-developed lesson plans aligned with SABIS® pacing charts and point system.
• Grade examinations based on scheduled guidelines and departmental materials.
• Collaborate with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department regarding student discipline and performance issues.
• Apply the SABIS® Point System to foster a productive classroom learning environment.
• Supervise examinations, maintaining proper test conditions.
• Support students with academic difficulties by offering guidance and encouragement to help them improve.
• Assist with preparation for external assessments through structured review schedules and past papers, when relevant.
• Perform additional tasks including student testing, teacher substitution, organizing student logistics (lunch, buses), managing traffic flow, and other administrative duties assigned by school management.
• Contribute to student life activities such as art, open houses, and physical education events in cooperation with the Student Life Coordinator.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen understanding of SABIS® system and enhance student outcomes.
• Complete other assigned projects or tasks as delegated by the school authorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English language.

• Strong communication skills.
