Talent & People Lead for a US-based E-commerce Brand (Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Talent & People Lead to oversee the complete people function at a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce company. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, enhancing hiring systems, streamlining people operations, and fostering a culture of high performance. Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process for all job openings across the organization.
• Source and assess candidates, guiding them seamlessly from application through to job offer.
• Design and refine recruitment procedures, standard operating protocols, and the hiring infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to secure top talent for creative, marketing, and operations roles.
• Simultaneously oversee multiple recruitment projects ensuring an excellent experience for all candidates.
• Support functions across people operations including onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Deploy AI-driven tools and automation to enhance recruitment and HR process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition.
• Prior experience working at a rapidly scaling DTC e-commerce organization is crucial.
• Demonstrated success handling full-cycle recruitment for diverse business areas.
• Competence in developing recruitment systems and processes from the ground up.
• Ability to manage between five to ten active hiring roles concurrently.
• Excellent interviewing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI technologies in HR to boost recruiting and operational productivity.
