HiveMinds is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about recruiting exceptional digital marketing talent. This role involves managing high-volume hiring and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to build dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts focused on digital marketing and media roles.
• Handle high-volume recruitment campaigns, managing over 50 open positions across multiple locations.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques including headhunting, Boolean search, and using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri to identify candidates.
• Ensure timely closures of recruitment processes within tight turnaround times.
• Maintain excellent candidate engagement and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
• Analyze recruitment data and maintain dashboards to monitor hiring metrics and progress.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of proven talent acquisition experience specifically within digital marketing or media agency sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitments.
• Strong familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Analytical skills to work with recruitment statistics and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple levels and functional roles simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing and media talent market.

Additional Information

The position is based in Bangalore with a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must have recruitment experience strictly within digital marketing or media agencies; applications from other industries will not be considered.
