Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Advisor to manage the complete recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles within the SSG team based in Bangalore. This role emphasizes leveraging AI technologies to enhance hiring speed, quality, and decision-making effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully grasp staffing requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates via diverse channels, cultivating a robust talent pipeline.
• Integrate AI tools to aid sourcing, screening, candidate outreach, and recruitment reporting.
• Identify opportunities to boost recruitment efficiency through automation or AI-driven workflows.
• Monitor recruitment progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Maintain a professional and seamless experience for candidates.
• Keep abreast of evolving market trends and recruitment innovations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience covering technical and non-technical roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle.
• Practical experience in applying AI tools for daily recruiting activities, such as content creation, research, and automation.
• Fundamental understanding of AI concepts including automation and AI agent technologies.
• Capability to develop or operate simple AI-based recruitment workflows or tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with recruitment data analytics and dashboard reporting.

Additional Role Details
