Position Overview
We are looking for a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist based onsite in Carmel, IN. This role entails managing end-to-end recruitment to attract and hire care and office staff who embody the company's core values and quality standards. Responsibilities include posting job vacancies, screening candidates, interviewing, collaborating with hiring managers for selection, maintaining candidate records, aiding onboarding processes, and advancing employer branding initiatives to attract talented professionals locally. The Specialist will work closely with leadership and operations to understand workforce needs and ensure a positive experience for candidates from application to hiring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven competency in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle effectively.
- Experience conducting hiring interviews and assessing candidate suitability for roles.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies to enhance Senior1Care's image and culture among prospective employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engagement with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to operate onsite in Carmel, IN and juggle multiple open requisitions in a dynamic environment.
- Background in healthcare, senior care, or customer service industries is favored.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking software and standard office productivity programs.
