Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Specialist focused on the Parts Module to join the Product Specialist Group within our Development department. This role involves problem management, quality assurance testing, documentation, and active participation throughout the software development lifecycle for current and upcoming product features.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively in team meetings and scrum sessions.
- Investigate and replicate reported issues and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and design enhancements.
- Perform testing on both resolved bugs and new functionalities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
- Handle multiple concurrent tasks while ensuring high quality standards.
- Review requirements analysis thoroughly.
- Travel up to two weeks annually across Canada and the USA, with at least one onsite development engagement per year.
Qualifications
- A university degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- At least one year of professional experience in quality assurance or relevant industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent prioritization and organizational skills, including project management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a readiness to tackle challenging technical issues.
- Adaptable, quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
