Role overview
This position sits within the e-commerce talent acquisition team supporting the SEA market. The team is focused on helping build a modern, secure, and intuitive commerce ecosystem for users in a fast-growing and highly competitive digital space. The role offers exposure to domestic and international stakeholders and contributes to ongoing business growth and expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sourcing efforts for several complex searches and identify, engage, and nurture technical talent across different seniority levels.
- Work closely with recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and hiring managers at every stage of hiring so recruitment efforts align with business goals.
- Build a strong understanding of the business and maintain productive relationships with HR, hiring managers, and outside partners.
- Design and improve sourcing approaches, launch new initiatives, and refine existing workflows to make recruiting more effective and efficient.
- Analyze large amounts of data, convert findings into practical market intelligence, and present timely insights that help business leaders make better decisions.
- Create a positive candidate journey and represent TikTok as an attractive employer to potential candidates.
Minimum qualifications
- Hands-on experience using sourcing and research tools and methods, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other alternative approaches to identify passive candidates in the internet industry.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to interpret large datasets and support business strategy.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Prior experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across multiple offices.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment while managing several priorities and tasks at once.
Preferred experience
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of comparable sourcing experience in a high-volume setting, either in a search firm or an in-house recruiting team.
Employment arrangement
This is a 12-month temporary assignment handled by a third-party agency. The agency will be the employer of record, even though the work may be performed at TikTok. Payroll and benefits will be managed by the agency.
