Talent Acquisition Executive - European Manufacturing MNC

About the Role

Our client, a European multinational corporation in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join their Human Resources team. This individual will be accountable for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to attract and secure talent across diverse functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.
• Work directly with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Facilitate recruitment efforts across various departments including corporate and operational roles.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies utilizing job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Perform candidate screening, coordinate interviews, conduct reference verifications, and manage offer negotiations.
• Establish and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Generate recruitment reports and ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze results to aid employee retention strategies.
• Participate in HR initiatives, policy development, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or semiconductor industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and recruitment protocols.
• Strong communication skills with effective stakeholder relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Highly organized, proactive, attentive to detail, and able to handle multiple recruitment requests simultaneously.
