About the Team
The Leadership & Professional Development team belongs to the Organizational Culture function and is dedicated to fostering employee growth and learning. From developing emerging talent to cultivating leadership that propels the organization, this team crafts and implements impactful learning experiences in collaboration with business leaders and partners across functions. Their primary objective is to embed effective leadership into everyday work practices, rooted in company culture and business needs.
Role Overview
The Learning and Enablement Partner will serve the sales, product, and engineering divisions, collectively known as Global Business Solutions (GBS) and Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT). Working alongside a global network of learning partners, the incumbent will design, advise on, and facilitate leadership and professional development programs tailored to employees across various levels and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the core functions and goals of teams within GBS and GMPT.
- Build and maintain cooperative connections with global Learning and Enablement Partners.
- Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of professional and leadership development initiatives for leaders and staff in the U.S. and internationally.
- Engage with business units, HR Business Partners, Organizational Effectiveness, and Culture teams to assess learning requirements and recommend fitting educational strategies.
- Oversee professional growth programs, seeking continual enhancements to optimize workforce development.
- Lead creation, design, and implementation of comprehensive programs, modules, micro-learning, e-learning courses, and tools aimed at enhancing employee soft skills and competencies.
- Manage professional development learning pathways using internal resources, systems, and learning management systems.
- Collaborate with external providers to deliver essential management, leadership, and coaching training.
- Focus on evaluating program success through collection and analysis of surveys, assessments, and certification data.
- Provide consultation, program design, and facilitation for custom team events, summits, and organization-wide gatherings for varied audiences and leader tiers.
- Apply adult learning principles and creative approaches to develop leadership development offerings that generate individual and organizational growth.
- Contribute to other global learning projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least five years of experience as a coach or facilitator, either within an organization or independently.
- Proven expertise in designing, consulting, and facilitating diverse professional and leadership development programs across leadership levels.
- Experienced in creating custom learning experiences, including team coaching sessions, innovative instructional methods, and interactive frameworks tailored to organizational needs.
- Knowledgeable in using varied standardized assessments such as strength-based tools, emotional intelligence, change management, and leadership style evaluations.
- Strong skills in presentation and facilitation.
- Preferred attributes include entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, resourcefulness, rapid learning ability, excellent interpersonal communication, and capacity to forge robust working relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
This role’s base salary in the designated city ranges from $115,200 to $180,000 annually, with adjustments based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits start on day one, covering medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellness offerings, 10 paid holidays annually, 10 sick days annually, and 17 days paid personal time (prorated and increasing with tenure).
