About the Team

The Talent Acquisition Center-Global (TAC-Global) team is dedicated to forming high-performing teams across ByteDance's international business units, playing a crucial role in shaping talent acquisition strategies and supporting organizational development worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing efforts for various challenging recruitment assignments to identify and engage crucial talent across all levels.
• Develop, implement, and refine innovative sourcing methods and new initiatives to enhance recruiting processes and efficiency while collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition partners.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to advance recruiting operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, representing ByteDance as an attractive workplace to candidates.
• Support recruitment activities across multiple regions, including Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Americas (AMS).

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of quickly establishing rapport with employees, stakeholders, and candidates at various organizational levels.

Preferred: At least two years of recruitment experience within the technology sector, either in agency settings, search firms, or in-house recruiting roles.

Additional Information

This position is a 12-month temporary contract managed by an external third-party agency. Although work will be performed for ByteDance, the candidate will be employed by the agency and not by ByteDance directly. All employment-related processes such as payroll and benefits administration will be handled by the third-party agency.
