We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong passion for proactive sourcing and demonstrated success in attracting top-tier talent across the EMEA and EEMEA regions. This hands-on position involves identifying and engaging passive candidates, building strategic candidate pipelines, and managing comprehensive recruitment processes within a dynamic international setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across EMEA & EEMEA in close partnership with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Actively source and engage passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
- Create and maintain robust talent pipelines aligned with current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to fill specialty and hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish recruitment plans and share market insights.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Handle multiple concurrent recruitment projects while maintaining speed, quality, and high standards.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and market intelligence to inform and improve hiring decisions.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within the technology sector, preferably cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated expertise in active sourcing and headhunting with success in securing passive candidates.
- Experience recruiting go-to-market (GTM) roles across the EMEA and EEMEA regions.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and recruitment consulting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment managing various priorities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
