Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in international or multi-country contexts.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring education professionals globally, with knowledge of international talent markets and communities.
  • Sound understanding of modern recruitment methodologies including proactive sourcing, pipeline management, candidate engagement, and data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Experience with AI-enabled recruiting platforms and eagerness to adopt emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment searches, uphold structured processes, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset to monitor recruitment performance indicators such as pipeline quality, time-to-hire, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures, time zones, and remote teams.
  • Fluent English required; additional language skills pertinent to international markets are advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, requiring creativity and adaptability in recruitment challenges.

Benefits and Working Conditions

  • Initial contract duration of eight months with possibility of extension subject to business needs and mutual agreement.
  • Opportunity to actively participate in transforming and innovating global recruitment functions.
  • Work in a meaningful capacity where your recruitment efforts directly support a mission-driven organization.
  • Collaborate with an international People & Culture team and cross-border colleagues.
  • Exposure to advanced AI recruiting technologies and progressive talent acquisition methods.
  • Develop specialized expertise in international recruitment across multiple geographic markets and specialties.
  • Significant responsibility over sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and enhancing candidate experience.
