About the Role and Company
The Global Crisis Management team is a vital component of the Physical Security department, focusing on protecting our people, assets, operations, and reputation from off-platform and physical crises. This role is dedicated to ensuring employee safety, sustaining critical business operations, and mitigating the impact on brand reputation during physical security events. Our program spans all corporate offices and product services worldwide (excluding Data Centres), emphasizing the full crisis management lifecycle: risk assessment, preparation, response, recovery, and post-event review.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Regional Crisis Manager to strengthen crisis preparedness and response across the Asia Pacific region.
- Support the development of specialized risk or contingency response plans.
- Help design, execute, and assess crisis management training sessions and exercises regionally.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating regional risks related to physical security.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving enterprise and cross-regional crisis readiness.
- Provide assistance during active crisis response efforts.
- Manage crisis communication channels and control group membership.
- Handle regional reporting, monitor engagement, organize scheduling, and perform related administrative duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in physical security concepts.
- Strong skills in project management, report writing, documenting incidents, and effective communication.
- Clear and concise writing abilities tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proven judgment and decision-making aptitude during urgent, high-pressure conditions.
- Capacity for complex problem solving, quick learning, and adapting to dynamic scenarios.
- Full-time on-site availability (working five days per week at the office).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year’s experience in crisis or emergency management or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in developing and facilitating crisis or business continuity training and exercises at a regional level.
- Familiarity with crisis management frameworks and program execution within large companies; experience in the tech industry is highly favorable.
- Proven ability to coordinate across corporate functions in complex multinational environments.
- Experience collaborating within diverse, global business settings.
