Job description

About the Company

Sibie Group is a rapidly expanding health-tech business with operations in the UK, US, the Netherlands, and the UAE. Through Rightangled and Medetone, the group combines genomics, personalised medicine, and digital pharmacy to connect genetic insight with treatment in a smooth, integrated way. As the organisation scales across four markets, the people it brings in will directly influence the pace and quality of that growth.

Role Overview

The company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment end to end for mid- to senior-level roles across all Sibie Group entities. This person will drive the attraction, assessment, and hiring of talent across clinical, commercial, technical, and operational teams in multiple time zones.

This is a very hands-on position for someone who actively uses LinkedIn Recruiter, can build pipelines from scratch, and is comfortable working in a fast-changing scale-up environment where structures and priorities shift often. The role involves close collaboration with founders, country leads, and hiring managers to turn broad hiring needs into strong, lasting appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for mid- to senior-level positions across the UK, US, Netherlands, and UAE, from intake discussions through to offer management.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter as the main sourcing tool by building advanced Boolean searches, managing projects and pipelines, sending effective InMail campaigns, and monitoring funnel conversion metrics.
  • Work with hiring managers to define roles accurately, challenge unnecessary must-haves, align on ideal candidate profiles, and agree realistic hiring timelines based on market conditions.
  • Create forward-looking talent pipelines for difficult and recurring roles so recruitment does not restart from zero whenever a new opening appears.
  • Own the candidate journey from first contact to final outcome, ensuring every applicant is treated respectfully and kept well informed throughout.
  • Maintain a disciplined ATS process with clean pipelines, correct stage updates, and weekly reporting on time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance, and pass-through rates.
  • Support cross-border hiring requirements, including right-to-work checks, Dutch IND sponsorship, US work authorisation, UK Skilled Worker visas, and UAE labour cards, in coordination with People Ops and external legal support.
  • Contribute to employer branding across all four markets through candidate-facing content, careers page input, referral programmes, and engagement in relevant health-tech communities.
  • Keep improving recruitment performance by testing sourcing channels, refining assessment steps, and using data to identify what is and is not working.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or with an agency, with a proven history of placing mid- to senior-level talent.
  • Strong practical knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search, projects, pipeline management, InMail strategy, and reporting.
  • Background in a fast-moving scale-up or other high-growth setting where headcount plans and priorities change frequently.
  • Experience hiring in health tech, digital health, biotech, pharma, or a closely related regulated sector, or a convincing plan to ramp up quickly in this space.
  • Comfort managing several international searches at once, with working knowledge of hiring practices, compliance, and candidate expectations in at least two of the following markets: UK, US, Netherlands, and UAE.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge hiring managers, advocate for candidates, and keep senior leadership informed proactively.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; Dutch or French would be an added advantage.
  • Preferred experience in recruiting clinical, regulatory, or pharmacy profiles such as pharmacists, GPs, regulatory affairs professionals, or clinical operations talent.
  • Nice-to-have experience hiring technical profiles such as software engineers, data specialists, or product professionals in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workable, Teamtailor, Ashby, or similar tools, plus recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Exposure to employer branding, content work, or recruitment marketing.
  • Experience launching or growing a recruitment function from a small starting point.

Working Style

  • Direct communication with minimal bureaucracy, with regular interaction with founders and country leads.
  • A data-led approach where metrics influence decisions, combined with a practical mindset where excessive analysis is unnecessary.
  • A distributed working model across four countries and time zones, with strong expectations around async, written-first communication.
  • High trust and high ownership, with autonomy over the function and no micromanagement.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay aligned to the candidate’s home market.
  • Performance bonus linked to hiring outcomes rather than just activity levels.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly working arrangements with occasional travel between Sibie hubs.
  • Access to LinkedIn Recruiter, the necessary tools, and a budget to experiment with new sourcing channels.
  • The opportunity to build the recruitment function for a health-tech group that is actively scaling.
  • Regular exposure to founders and senior leaders across four markets.

Application Notes

Applicants should send a CV along with a brief note, instead of a formal cover letter, covering the following: the mid- to senior-level hire they are most proud of and why it was challenging; how they usually structure a LinkedIn Recruiter search for a difficult niche role; and which of the UK, US, Netherlands, and UAE they have recruited in before, plus which market would be new territory.

The company reviews each application manually, and shortlisted candidates can expect an initial screening within five working days.

Equal Opportunity

Sibie Group is an equal opportunity employer and selects people based on merit. Applications are welcomed from candidates of all backgrounds across every market in which the business operates.

Additional Information

The role is described as mid-senior recruitment within a health-tech scale-up environment. The business operates across the UK, US, Netherlands, and UAE, and the position supports hiring across all four locations and time zones. Remote, flexible working is part of the setup, with occasional travel between hubs.
