Social Media Executive

About the Role

Rightangled is looking for a proactive and imaginative Social Media Executive to strengthen its digital presence. In this position, you will plan and deliver social media activity that raises brand visibility, encourages community interaction, and contributes to wider business objectives. The role suits someone who follows social trends closely, enjoys producing engaging content, and is comfortable working across multiple social platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planning, rolling out, and overseeing social media campaigns designed to improve engagement and increase awareness of the brand
• Producing and sourcing compelling content for channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Running day-to-day account activity, including post scheduling and responding to comments and direct messages
• Reviewing platform analytics and campaign performance data to identify what is working and where adjustments are needed
• Partnering with the marketing and creative teams so that social content supports larger campaigns and remains consistent with brand messaging
• Keeping up with new platform features, shifting trends, and best practices so the brand stays current and relevant
• Building relationships with community members, influencers, and external partners through active engagement

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Social Media Executive position or a comparable role, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy
• Strong working knowledge of major social platforms and their analytics dashboards
• Confident written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to produce engaging visual content, including graphics and video
• Well organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle several projects at the same time
• Creative thinking with a strategic approach to content and campaigns
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is an advantage
• Understanding of healthcare-related social media marketing regulations would be beneficial
