The role carries responsibility for scaling operations across fulfilment, clinical services, customer experience, and supply chain. The successful candidate will be expected to build efficient operating models, introduce automation and AI where useful, strengthen retention and customer satisfaction, and keep multiple international teams working in sync.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end operations across fulfilment, warehouse activity, logistics, clinical services, and customer support.
  • Build and roll out scalable workflows that use automation and AI to raise output, improve efficiency, and lower operating costs.
  • Direct warehouse and fulfilment performance so orders are processed accurately and delivered on time across all markets.
  • Improve the customer journey, service standards, and retention outcomes at every stage of the experience.
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams working across different regions, including clinical, operations, logistics, and customer experience.
  • Define KPIs and performance systems that track results and continuously improve operational effectiveness.

Applicants should have experience leading cross-functional teams across global operations, and should have delivered automated systems or AI-enabled efficiency improvements. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), automation tools, and AI agents is also required.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, hands-on leader who works with discipline, stays highly organised, pays close attention to detail, and performs well in fast-moving environments.

Experience in online pharmacy or e-commerce, as well as international operations across multiple markets, would be an advantage.

Benefits

  • Competitive executive-level compensation
  • Performance-linked bonus potential
  • 20 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Access to advanced operational tools and technology
  • High ownership of global operations and strong autonomy
