Role Summary
This opportunity is for a driven Paid Ads Manager who can confidently plan and run paid media campaigns across several platforms. The role calls for hands-on experience with channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising networks.
You will be expected to use strong digital advertising knowledge to improve campaign efficiency, manage budgets wisely, and increase return on ad spend. The position plays an important part in attracting new customers, lifting conversion performance, and strengthening the brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and oversee PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms
- Carry out keyword research and review competitors to improve campaign outcomes
- Configure and maintain Google Merchant Centre accounts for ecommerce advertising activity
- Track campaign data on an ongoing basis and refine performance to improve important metrics
- Build and run A/B tests for advertisements, landing pages, and audience segments to boost results
- Plan and distribute advertising budgets across campaigns in a cost-effective way that supports strong ROI
- Measure website analytics and paid media efforts, then turn the findings into practical recommendations
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams so campaigns support wider business objectives
- Make sure campaigns comply with platform rules and healthcare advertising standards
Requirements
- Demonstrated background as a Paid Ads Manager or in a comparable digital advertising position
- Practical expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Strong analytical ability with the capacity to interpret data and use it to improve performance
- Experience managing budgets and improving return on ad spend
- Comfort using keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and ad tracking tools
- Good understanding of audience targeting, bidding approaches, and ad copy optimisation
- Ability to work independently while handling several campaigns at once
- Strong troubleshooting skills and careful attention to detail
- Working knowledge of SEO and how it supports PPC strategy
