Position Summary
We focus on tackling demanding national security problems by assembling exceptional teams who deliver critical mission capabilities worldwide. Our Talent Acquisition function is deeply embedded in our business strategy, providing recruitment expertise, market insight, and collaborative consultation to foster organizational growth.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders within global Support Groups such as People, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engagement to facilitate rapid, high-quality hiring across senior executive, specialist, and operational positions while cultivating profound organizational understanding and trust.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international Support Groups, handling a diverse mix of operational, specialist, and leadership roles.
- Collaborate with senior hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging market insights.
- Proactively source and nurture candidate relationships with empathy and openness, ensuring fit with Metrea’s mission and values.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to stakeholders using market intelligence to optimize hiring decisions.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes, pipelines, and candidate experiences.
- Coordinate complex multi-step hiring procedures across different time zones, maintaining a seamless candidate journey.
- Promote Metrea’s employer brand to attract mission-driven professionals.
Qualifications
- Extensive in-house recruitment experience with a proven record of hiring at a high standard in challenging or mission-centric environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders, providing well-founded recommendations.
- Knowledge of diverse, domain-specific talent markets and industry trends.
- Sound judgment to shape recruitment strategies and enhance hiring quality.
- Experience establishing and sustaining diverse, high-caliber candidate pipelines.
- Competence managing multi-phase hiring processes for global teams across various time zones.
- Flexibility to handle a wide range of roles and adapt to evolving business demands.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.
- Understanding of enterprise support functions including People, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Strategy.
