Key Responsibilities
- Encourage professional development for self and others by seeking performance feedback, nurturing cross-functional collaboration, mentoring team members, delegating responsibilities effectively, facilitating open communication, applying performance management policies, setting goals, and providing constructive coaching to enhance performance.
- Lead and coordinate the work unit by converting business objectives into specific tactical tasks, ensuring adherence to policies, delegating duties to fulfill targets, monitoring task completion, aligning team efforts, fostering accountability, recognizing areas for improvement, resolving obstacles impacting performance, and managing development plans accordingly.
- Guarantee a diverse candidate pool and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by establishing strategic sourcing plans, cultivating partnerships with external vendors (such as job boards and external recruiters) to ensure adequate sourcing, analyzing candidate flow data, and advising hiring managers and recruiters on effective sourcing strategies.
- Direct candidate screening and selection for complex positions across various service lines or regions by creating processes to define applicant requirements, devising interview and qualification strategies including behavioral interviewing and assessments, establishing minimum and preferred qualification criteria to streamline candidate pools, and coordinating management interviews.
- Supervise the reporting of recruitment and hiring data by reviewing and disseminating reports and analyses, designing new reports as needed, securing stakeholder support, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
- Manage intricate recruiting activities by offering expert consultation on recruitment and hiring matters, conducting and reviewing research on employment laws at state and federal levels, acting as a primary contact for resolving recruitment concerns, advising management on recruitment policies and documentation, and assessing recruitment data and audit findings to address issues.
- Develop, synchronize, and execute both short-term and long-term talent acquisition strategies in cooperation with cross-functional leaders such as HR Business Partners, TA Strategy & Design, Succession Planning, and Diversity teams. This includes creating action plans, setting directions and goals, improving recruitment systems and policies, consulting senior leaders on strategy alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring service delivery meets quality and cost targets, analyzing recruitment metrics, and collaborating with HR leadership to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and client satisfaction.
