About the Role

Bedita Pharmaceuticals Limited is looking for a seasoned and strategic Human Resources Manager to spearhead human capital initiatives that drive business expansion, enhance employee involvement, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and execute HR frameworks, strategic plans, and policies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of recruitment, workforce forecasting, onboarding, and talent retention efforts.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievance resolutions, and workplace issue management.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, employee development programs, and engagement initiatives to foster a motivated workforce.
  • Ensure adherence to labour legislation, internal company policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage HR documentation, coordinate payroll processes, administer benefits, and generate HR reports.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departmental heads to meet staffing requirements and improve personnel performance.
  • Lead, coach, and strengthen the HR team to improve service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
  • Possession of professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalents is desirable.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in human resources, with at least three years in a leadership capacity.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, retail sectors, or organizations with multiple branches is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR operations, employment law, employee relations, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with HR information systems, payroll, or ERP software is a plus.
  • Availability and readiness to travel between company branches as required.
