Role Overview

We are expanding our project delivery division and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead recruitment for creative roles such as project managers, recruiters, assistants, and operations coordinators. This role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Growth to establish clear hiring criteria and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative and project-focused positions including project managers, recruiters, assistants, and operations coordinators.
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to clarify role expectations, create job descriptions, and develop tailored interview processes.
• Identify potential candidates by utilizing job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews; coordinate final hiring decisions along with the Head of Growth.
• Develop and refine scalable hiring pipelines to support team growth.
• Oversee offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding activities, and provide support during the new hire’s initial ramp-up period.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three years in recruiting, particularly with hands-on experience hiring project managers.
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with position requirements.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity or experience within creative sectors such as design, branding, marketing, or content creation.
• Experience recruiting for project-related or operational roles like coordinators, assistants, or operations personnel.
• Track record supporting teams undergoing scaling and growth.
• Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Prior background as a project manager or coordinator is considered beneficial.
