Position Overview

A prestigious global Am Law 100 law firm is looking for a Director of Partner Recruiting to be based in one of their key offices located in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, or Seattle. This senior role requires managing the entire lateral partner recruitment process, from sourcing suitable candidates to evaluation, conducting interviews, extending offers, and successfully closing hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the extensive lateral partner recruiting cycle including sourcing, assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and finalizing hires.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of ten years' experience specifically in law firm recruiting, emphasizing lateral partner and group hires.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Juris Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully collaborating with and influencing senior firm leadership regarding lateral recruitment strategies.
• Outstanding leadership abilities combined with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
