This role operates from our headquarters in McLean, VA. We prioritize in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, expecting employees to work onsite five days a week unless supporting customers elsewhere. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all candidate lifecycle logistics, ensuring effective scheduling and clear communication for both virtual and in-person interviews.
- Ensure candidates receive a high-quality experience by keeping them informed, supported, and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams across multiple time zones to coordinate schedules, streamline interview flows, and sustain hiring momentum.
- Create and tailor messaging templates and resource materials for candidates to maintain professional and clear communication.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to coordination processes and daily operations to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Outstanding organizational skills complemented by meticulous attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, candidate-centered communication style.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, adaptability, and self-driven initiative.
- Interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and collaborative collaboration.
Preferred:
- Experience or familiarity with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or administrative coordination roles.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Meet) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.
- Ability to analyze coordination challenges and apply practical solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is estimated between $50,000 and $100,000 USD, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, internal parity, market conditions, and other factors. Additional discretionary bonuses may be awarded based on individual and company performance.
