Overview
Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager – HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources division. This key leadership position entails collaborating closely with senior business leaders to craft and execute impactful people strategies that drive organisational success and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align workforce strategies with company goals.
- Oversee organisational design, workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and business case development.
- Manage initiatives related to performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Lead change management projects to improve organisational efficiency and employee experience.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior stakeholders, leveraging data analytics to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess organisational performance and identify improvement areas.
- Promote a culture of high performance through leadership coaching and recognition efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, encouraging collaboration and continuous development.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and best practices while implementing commercially sound HR solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD certification is a plus.
- At least 7 years' experience in HR Business Partner roles within large, complex organisations, including leadership of HR teams.
- Proven expertise in organisational design, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and change management.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable HR solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building trusted relationships and influencing senior leadership.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret HR data and influence strategic decisions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
