Job description
Position Summary
The System Director of Radiology is responsible for leading, organizing, and managing the comprehensive imaging program across various facilities. This role covers multiple imaging modalities including Radiology, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and Mammography to ensure cohesive operations system-wide.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and leadership of the enterprise imaging services across multiple sites.
- Ensure delivery of superior, efficient, and effective imaging procedures tailored to organizational goals and patient care requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist and valid state licensure.
- Minimum of 10 years working in medical imaging environments.
- At least 5 years in a supervisory role with proven experience in Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance related to imaging standards and accreditation.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position requiring 80 hours bi-weekly scheduled during daytime shifts.
