About the Role
Join a leading energy technology company as a Support Services Professional specializing in administrative support based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure regulatory compliance, streamline administrative processes, and maintain effective communication with government entities and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of updates in government laws, regulations, and policies impacting company operations.
- Provide expert advice to management regarding compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Act as company representative in meetings, inspections, audits, and official visits by governmental agencies.
- Proactively detect potential compliance risks and suggest corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, relevant government rules, and industry standards.
- Manage employee and company ID processes through corporate and client systems, including partnerships with SABIC and Aramco.
- Administer transactions and document management on platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities on permits, licenses, registrations, and compliance mandates.
- Address inquiries and process applications submitted to government and semi-government organizations promptly.
- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of licenses, certificates, memberships, permits, and registrations.
- Collaborate internally to gather necessary data and documentation for regulatory filings and responses.
- Follow up persistently on outstanding requests to guarantee resolution with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Prepare official correspondence, forms, reports, and related administrative documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to management and business units.
- Coordinate with external service providers, government officials, and agencies to resolve administrative challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in administrative and support services, ideally within the oil and gas field.
- Proven ability to independently manage daily tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership traits.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work autonomously.
