Overview
At Deloitte, renowned for high performance standards, a Business Analyst supports the Business Advisor in delivering strategic workforce services by interpreting business strategies into effective Talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze talent metrics along with workforce data to guide business decisions and shape talent strategies.
- Assess talent programs, attrition trends, survey outcomes, and headcount reports to detect issues, patterns, and prioritize actions.
- Assist Business Advisors in formulating plans addressing workforce challenges, requirements, and engagement priorities.
- Work closely with centers of excellence, CTS, and business teams to ensure talent programs, procedures, and communications align with business needs.
- Contribute to new ventures and process enhancements by spotting opportunities, sharing best practices, and monitoring results.
About the Talent Team
The Talent team provides comprehensive HR solutions to ensure meaningful engagement for every employee, structured across Talent Acquisition, Delivery, Development, Specialties, and Operations. As a member of the Business Advisory team, you collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and align Talent strategies with Deloitte's culture.
Work Details
- Location: Hyderabad
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications
- Mandatory: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in talent analytics, HR, workforce planning, business analysis, or related areas.
- Proficiency in analyzing attrition data, engagement surveys, workforce, or headcount statistics.
- Skilled in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Involvement in supporting talent programs, process improvement efforts, or cross-department projects.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to identify trends and root causes from talent or workforce data.
- Experience generating actionable insights for business leaders.
- Collaborative experience with HR centers of excellence or shared service units.
- Knowledge of market research and talent management trends.
- Supporting communications related to talent services and initiatives.
- Experience handling compensation, benefits, or workforce planning data.
