Key Responsibilities
- Assist in accounting and reporting advisory assignments including purchase price allocation, carve-outs, and finance operating services.
- Utilize working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS frameworks to prepare client deliverables.
- Support process mapping and current-state evaluations during mergers and acquisitions integration projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- Craft clear, professional written communications such as workpapers and client progress reports.

Candidate Requirements
- A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Between one and three years’ experience in accounting advisory, auditing, financial reporting, transaction services, or consulting roles.
- Fundamental understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP to contribute in accounting and reporting advisory engagements.
- Experience or familiarity with post-merger integration, carve-outs, finance transformation, or M&A projects is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in process mapping, current-state assessments, and documenting business activities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; ERP system exposure (SAP or Oracle) is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication competencies to produce thorough workpapers and client-ready documentation.
- Ability to work effectively within teams and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic consulting setting.
