Job Purpose
This position focuses on preparing consolidated financial statements for the Group companies and performing related tasks to support monthly reporting, audit requirements, and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile consolidated financial reports for the Group entities.
- Conduct variance analysis at monthly, quarterly, and yearly intervals.
- Manage intercompany reconciliation processes and settlements.
- Draft annual notes accompanying financial statements.
- Prepare detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet schedules.
- Document related party transaction information.
- Evaluate contract terms to determine accounting impacts.
- Analyze and support the application of new accounting standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to handle the auditor's CAS list.
- Liaise with auditors to address their inquiries promptly.
- Provide timely responses to ad-hoc financial requests from various departments.
- Participate in testing and implementation of automation tools when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant qualification mandatory.
- USA CPA certification is advantageous.
- Diploma in IFRS adds additional value.
- Strong familiarity with IND AS and US GAAP accounting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SAP Financial (FI) module.
- Knowledge of consolidation software such as Tagetik, BPC, Hyperion or similar is a plus.
Technical and Functional Competencies
- Advanced Excel skills relevant to financial reporting.
- In-depth expertise in IND AS and US GAAP frameworks.
- Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret financial data.
- Collaborative team player who is self-driven and embraces challenges.
