Job description

Role Overview

This 11-month contract role is based in Los Angeles, California and follows an on-site schedule, Monday through Friday. The position sits within a multidisciplinary design team and focuses on delivering premium brand design storytelling through strong execution across design, art direction, and motion.

The team is looking for a creative professional who can support Lead Designers and Art Directors in a sport category environment while helping bring campaigns to life with a high standard of craft, innovation, and attention to detail. The role is part of a culture that values imagination, diversity, growth, and a drive to push creative boundaries.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute positively to the creative environment by working well in a fast-moving, collaborative setting and bringing enthusiasm for sport and design quality.
  • Help raise the standard of visual craft and storytelling by supporting Lead Designers and Art Directors with polished, consistent deliverables.
  • Provide hands-on creative support for day-to-day studio work, taking initiative and presenting creative ideas and concepts when needed.
  • Keep up with trends across fashion, design, film, art, media, sport culture, and technology so the team benefits from fresh inspiration.
  • Maintain a sharp eye for detail and collaborate closely with the design team to produce refined, best-in-class creative output.

Who You’ll Work With

This role partners with Art Directors, Senior Creative Directors, Designers, Brand Marketing Directors, Narrative Leads, Retail Design, Digital Design, Production and Operations teams, and external agencies.

What You Bring

You should be comfortable contributing to team projects while also managing individual responsibilities with strong time management. The role calls for solid knowledge of art direction and design, along with experience producing photography, graphic design, video content, branded experiences, and digital design for a sport-focused context.

Clear visual communication is important, especially when translating complex ideas into compelling work that helps align stakeholders. You should also bring strong collaboration skills, the ability to influence positively, curiosity, an experimental mindset, and a willingness to learn. An entrepreneurial approach that spots opportunities and drives creative innovation is highly valued.

Work Arrangement

This is an on-site position in Los Angeles, CA. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

Contract Details

The assignment runs for 11 months.
