The Senior Sport Sourcing Analyst role sits within the Apparel Sport Sourcing organization in Beaverton, Oregon. This position reports to the Running / Training / NikeSKIMS Apparel Sport Sourcing Director and works closely with teammates in Product Creation, Finance, and Operations, along with external manufacturing partners, to help deliver shared business outcomes.
About the Role
This opportunity is suited to someone who can think strategically, stay curious, and continuously look for better ways of working. The right candidate brings an enterprise-wide perspective, creates alignment across teams, and is comfortable working through uncertainty while turning complicated issues into practical next steps.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Planning, Operations Management, Product Creation, Manufacturing, or a related area is preferred, though a comparable mix of education, training, and experience may also be considered. The role requires at least 3 years of directly relevant professional experience.
What You’ll Do
You will lead sourcing and cost planning for part of the Training apparel business. Working with the triad, you will help shape and execute a sourcing strategy that supports performance, profitability, and scale. You will turn planning into action by setting targets, aligning partners, and driving results.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned to sport priorities.
- Own cost planning activities that support profitable growth.
- Work with Finance to establish and deliver style-level targets.
- Support seasonal workstreams and move projects forward with speed and clarity.
- Improve sourcing processes and operating models through ongoing refinement.
- Develop a strong understanding of the full global sourcing process, from long-range planning through seasonal execution.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate can think at a strategic level, lead through influence rather than formal authority, and maintain high standards of integrity and accuracy in uncertain situations. They should be capable of managing competing priorities, working effectively with varied stakeholders, and communicating clearly to different audiences.
Accessibility and Accommodations
Reasonable accommodations are available during the interview process for candidates who need support due to a disability. Available options include screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible interview locations, closed captioning, and other appropriate modifications. If assistance is needed while going through the application process, a Candidate Accommodation Request Form should be completed.
