Social Media Marketing Specialist (Volunteer)

Overview

Join Podcast Allianz e.V. as a volunteer Social Media Marketing Specialist, where you will spearhead the planning, execution, and refinement of our social media efforts. This role involves creating audience-tailored content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, managing editorial calendars, and engaging with the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media content aligned with target audiences across multiple platforms.
• Plan and maintain editorial schedules to ensure consistent content delivery.
• Engage with community interactions to nurture and grow online presence.
• Analyze campaign metrics to measure and improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with the board to align strategies and objectives.
• Continuously evolve social media strategies to enhance outreach and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven capabilities in social media marketing and content creation, with the ability to craft platform-specific posts, stories, and formats.
• Experience in digital marketing including campaign planning, target audience analysis, and basic KPI management.
• Proficient in graphic design and planning tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and social media management software.
• Demonstrates strong self-motivation, structured working style, and a keen interest in podcasts and media.
• Portfolio submission is required; formal education and prior experience are secondary.

Additional Information

This is a voluntary position with a commitment of up to 10 hours per month.
