Job description

About Carv

Carv is known for creating the first digital ski coach in the world. Its system uses a sensor attached to a ski boot and delivers live audio coaching through an ear piece, backed by performance data collected from hundreds of millions of turns. The brand’s content reaches millions of skiers each year, and social media is a major channel for discovery and engagement.

Role Overview

This seasonal position is for a Social Media & Creator Assistant. You will support the Junior Creative Producer and the Social & Creator Manager, gaining hands-on experience while helping run Carv’s social presence and creator activity at scale.

The role combines social publishing, copywriting, content capture, community engagement, and creator support. You will schedule and post across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, help shape captions and brief editors, and keep conversations active in the comments. When the team is travelling or attending events, you will also capture behind-the-scenes moments that others may miss.

On the creator side, you will assist with identifying suitable influencers, maintaining relationships, supporting approvals, and keeping contracts and invoices organised. You will also contribute to event coordination and logistics. The position suits someone who is enthusiastic about skiing culture and wants to build a career in ski media and social content.

This is a fixed-term seasonal contract running from September 2026 to March 2027, ideally from mid-September 2026 through the end of March 2027. Applications will start being reviewed from 20 July.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
  • Draft social captions and supporting copy for posts.
  • Guide video editors with clear briefs and make edits where necessary.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage and stills during trips and events.
  • Monitor community comments and respond across all channels.
  • Organise, tag, and maintain social assets within internal systems.
  • Assist with weekly reporting on social performance and creator activity.
  • Research and shortlist creators that align with Carv’s audience and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with creators.
  • Support communication for the seeding programme.
  • Help coordinate creator events, travel, and logistics.
  • Assist with content approvals, as well as creator contracts and invoices.

What We’re Looking For

  • You are deeply involved in skiing and are an advanced skier, with a good understanding of ski culture and basic technique.
  • You are confident with people, enjoy social environments, and are comfortable building relationships.
  • You have a strong feel for social media, understand what content performs well, and can capture good iPhone content.
  • You are happy to travel at short notice and are comfortable packing up quickly for resort and event trips.
  • You stay composed when plans change and can solve problems under pressure, especially in creator and influencer work.
  • You are curious about using AI to improve research, brainstorming, reporting, and outreach.
  • You are highly organised and detail-oriented, particularly when handling contracts and invoices.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with graphic design in Figma or video editing in Premiere Pro.
  • You must hold a full clean driving licence.

Additional Perks

  • Your own Carv device, plus regular time on snow throughout the season.
  • Access to a network of influencers and athletes in the ski industry.
  • Opportunities to attend creator events and shoots internationally.
  • Lift passes provided when you are working on the mountain.
  • Subsidised accommodation in the company flat in Innsbruck.
  • Carvfest in March, where the full team flies to Innsbruck for spring skiing, après-ski, and awards.

Application Requirements

To apply, you need to submit three items: your CV, a cover letter, and a link to your work or social profiles. In your cover letter, Carv wants to hear about your skiing background, the strongest social content you have created, and any experience you have had working with talent, ambassadors, creators, or community management.

Other Information

This role is based in London or Park City, and the work is onsite. It is a seasonal fixed-term contract for the winter period. The company is looking for someone who can travel, work on snow, and contribute to a fast-moving social and creator programme.

If you are enthusiastic about skiing, content creation, and creator relationships, this role offers a hands-on route into ski media and social marketing.

How to Present Yourself

Show your interest in ski culture, your social media instincts, and your ability to work independently while staying organised. Be ready to discuss your content examples, travel readiness, and any relevant experience with creators or community engagement.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
