Position Overview
As a Photographer & Social Media Coordinator within the Brand Creative team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories that reflect our brand identity across various channels. You will lead all creative photography efforts, from product shots to lifestyle and cafe imagery, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative. In collaboration with the Marketing Director, you will also manage social media strategies, including content scheduling and overseeing the brand ambassador program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly photoshoots aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions.
- Produce and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos using professional and mobile equipment.
- Ensure consistency of visual style and uphold brand standards across all media.
- Maintain and organize the brand's digital asset library for marketing and wholesale needs.
- Plan and coordinate social media content calendars focusing on organic and paid posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create captivating captions and schedule timely posts.
- Design targeted creative assets for paid social media campaigns.
- Lead the brand ambassador initiative and curate engaging user-generated content to broaden our audience.
Qualifications
- Two to three years of professional photography experience, ideally in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods sector.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in product, lifestyle, and on-location photography.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite tools including Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative or productivity tools is beneficial.
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms and knowledge of paid ad formats.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
