- Create original and responsive content—videos, images, and posts—both independently and collaboratively within the creative and marketing teams.
- Write detailed content briefs, coordinating production from concept through to publishing.
- Engage actively with the community on social channels and the company app, moderating discussions, addressing feedback, and promoting positive brand sentiment.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new influencers, support collaborations, and manage influencer-related activities and production.
- Analyze social media data to monitor engagement, reach, sentiment, and community growth, producing in-depth reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
Candidate Profile and Required Skills
- Demonstrable experience in social media, content creation, and community management with proven results in boosting engagement.
- Experience managing community-focused platforms and driving audience growth through active user engagement.
- Strong knowledge of diverse social media channels, especially Meta platforms and TikTok, including trends, features, and audience behavior.
- Proficiency in content ideation, creation, shooting, and editing both video and photographic materials.
- Ability to produce creative content that balances scheduled plans with agile, real-time opportunities, maintaining brand tone and emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing community sentiment with empathy and professionalism.
- Competency in social analytics tools such as Hootsuite to interpret data and apply insights for continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills for crafting engaging social captions, community responses, and clear briefs.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Desirable Attributes
- Equestrian knowledge or experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with app-based community platforms or loyalty schemes.
- Hands-on involvement in influencer content production including behind-the-scenes support.
