Video Editor and Social Media Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Video Editor and Social Media Manager to join our team full-time at our office in Tirana. This role involves creating and managing multimedia content optimized for various social media platforms alongside collaborating with the marketing department.

Work Schedule and Location

This is an on-site position requiring 8 hours a day, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce videos tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create property presentation videos, including reels, shorts, and advertisements.
• Manage and publish posts on social media channels.
• Organize and maintain a posting calendar ensuring consistent content flow.
• Adapt videos to align with the latest trends.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar applications.
• Basic to strong skills in social media management.
• An aesthetic sense combined with marketing awareness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, ads, or managing business pages is an advantage.
