This is a practical, hands-on position with broad exposure. You will help shape how the brand connects with its audience, share useful insights across the business, convert customers into enthusiastic advocates, and contribute to building a community that genuinely engages with and values the brand.

  • Create and edit content tailored to each platform, especially Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and be comfortable appearing on camera as well as working behind it.
  • Manage day-to-day community activity across all channels, including the global Facebook Group and Instagram Broadcast Channel.
  • Track sentiment and key performance measures, then share practical insights with the Brand, Product and Marketing teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with the most engaged community members and brand advocates, encouraging participation and user-generated content.
  • Organise and host community events in stores and external venues, while helping support influencer experiences alongside PR.
  • Work closely with Design, PR, CRM and the Wellbeing Hub to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in social media.
  • Comfort with working to direction while also taking responsibility for practical execution.

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using social reporting tools such as Dash Hudson or equivalent platforms.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for wellbeing, beauty or lifestyle brands, and interest in the NEOM brand world.

Benefits

  • Paid time off for your birthday.
  • Dedicated wellbeing time to rest and reset.
  • A free NEOM product every month, along with staff discount.
