Overview
We are seeking a Brand and Social Presence Associate to join a rapidly growing AI-focused technology startup based in Riyadh. This role is tailored for early-career Saudi individuals eager to contribute to establishing the company's public identity from the ground up, collaborating closely with the founding team as the firm advances to its next growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage and develop the company’s online presence, including social media channels, founder and company announcements, creating simple visuals, community interactions, brand messaging, and external communications. Given the startup's nascent stage, the position involves diverse, hands-on tasks with significant opportunities for advancement.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants are creative and well-organized individuals proficient in the daily use of AI tools. They must demonstrate strong writing skills in both Arabic and English, possess a good aesthetic sensibility for writing, visuals, and layout, and be comfortable engaging on platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and online communities. Candidates should be ambitious, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in dynamic startup environments.
Qualifications
- Saudi citizenship is mandatory.
- Ready for immediate full-time engagement.
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
- A diploma, bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent practical knowledge.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English writing.
- Familiarity with social platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Competency in AI-based tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Notion, or similar applications.
- Strong sense of visual and textual communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and high responsiveness.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience managing social media accounts, pages, newsletters, student clubs, or campaigns.
- Basic skills with photo and video editing software like Canva, Figma, or CapCut.
