Job description
The role
NEOM Wellbeing is hiring a Keyholder for its Leeds, Victoria Gate store. This part-time position is for 14 hours per week, scheduled across 3 days. The company is seeking someone who is enthusiastic about customer service and can create a warm, authentic shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values. Interest in the health or beauty sector is preferred.
The ideal person will be comfortable working in a team, able to stay composed in busy situations, and willing to respond positively and professionally to change. Availability is required on weekdays and weekends, with late-night shifts where needed.

Key responsibilities
- Help drive sales and contribute to store targets and wider business goals.
- Take charge of opening and closing duties for the shop.
- Handle cashing-up and banking processes.
- Support store managers and colleagues with everyday operational tasks.
- Assist with stock handling at the offsite stockroom, including unloading deliveries and moving stock to the store.
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive confidently in day-to-day work.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience that promotes wellbeing.
- Use initiative and take a proactive approach to work.
- Carry out product demonstrations, including hand and arm massages.
- Help with in-store events and occasional external events.
- Keep the store aligned with brand standards, including cleanliness, housekeeping, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
- Retail experience is preferred, especially in health and beauty.
- A genuine interest in wellbeing.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to influence and inspire colleagues positively.
- Self-motivation and the ability to maintain high store standards.
- Experience with sales targets, or an understanding of how to work toward them.
- Clear and confident communication, with a respectful and kind approach.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment and adapt to change.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
