About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the Starbucks Experience for each customer.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace during all shifts.
• Adapt to performing a variety of tasks throughout the store as needed during each shift.

Requirements

• Currently no previous experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Consistently punctual and reliable, with the ability to attend work regularly.
• Willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Committed to providing quality product and service meeting Starbucks standards.
• Effective in communicating clearly and pleasantly with customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Able to learn quickly, follow written and oral directions, and seek clarification if required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work well within a team.
