Role Details

• Hourly wage of NZD 28.20
• 20 hours per week, afternoon shifts only
• Location: Cashel Street, Christchurch

Key Responsibilities

Work from the Cashel Street Box Lobby providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, or concerns both at the front counter and via telephone. You’ll promote NZ Post products and services, provide recommendations, and aid customers accessing information. Tasks include processing mail, freight, and small parcels for box lobby holders, requiring occasional heavy lifting. The role involves a busy, dynamic workday fostering problem-solving skills.

About You

• Availability Monday 1:30pm–5:30pm and Tuesday to Friday 1:45pm–5:45pm
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and quick thinking to find optimal solutions
• Proficient in administrative tasks and data entry
• Confidence engaging with people from diverse backgrounds through face-to-face, phone, and email communication
