As a barista, you will help craft the signature Starbucks Experience by delivering excellent customer service and expertly preparing food and beverages. You'll work in a lively store setting alongside friendly colleagues, mastering your craft while creating memorable moments for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through friendly and efficient interactions.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes.
• Manage tasks such as cash handling and maintaining store safety.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with store standards.
• Support the team by performing various duties during shifts to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary to apply.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Be available to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Engage customers with clear, positive communication and meet their needs effectively.
• Quickly learn and follow oral and written instructions, asking for clarification when needed.
