Job description

Role overview

NEOM Wellbeing is expanding its social team and is hiring a Senior Social Content Executive to work from London or Harrogate. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can produce premium, attention-grabbing social content, with a strong instinct for what resonates and a real interest in the beauty and wellbeing sector.

You will have meaningful creative autonomy, translating campaign briefs and cultural moments into polished, native content for TikTok and Instagram. The role also involves managing creator collaborations and helping NEOM stay highly visible and relevant across social platforms.

About NEOM Wellbeing

NEOM Wellbeing describes itself as a mission-led business focused on improving wellbeing. Its products centre on 100% natural fragrances, and the company says it supports its people, communities and the planet. It is an award-winning, B Corp certified organisation with an emphasis on wellbeing and positive impact.

The company also highlights a strong people-first culture, including extra wellbeing days, volunteering time, a birthday day off, and a monthly product allowance alongside an employee discount.

NEOM Wellbeing says it wants team members who reflect its values: being a Good Egg, Challenging the Status Quo, and believing that Attitude Is Everything.

The business also states that it is committed to an inclusive workplace and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, identities and experiences. It is an equal opportunities employer.

What you'll do

  • Create social-first short-form video and still content for TikTok and Instagram, balancing performance goals with elevated brand storytelling.
  • Run smaller social shoots from end to end, including planning shot lists, coordinating creators and capturing content.
  • Transform campaign launches, product highlights, retail activity and cultural trends into distinctive content tailored to each platform.
  • Appear on camera when required, representing the brand in a natural, engaging and energetic way.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of creators and UGC partners, while overseeing the systems that keep content output growing.
  • Brief, negotiate and manage creator partnerships from initial setup through delivery.
  • Monitor trends, sounds and formats closely, then apply them in a considered way to keep content current and culturally relevant.
  • Experiment with new creative methods and AI-enabled tools, and share social insights with the wider team.
  • Help with daily social channel activity and monthly content calendar planning.
  • Review performance data regularly, using analytics and social listening to improve creative direction and engagement.

What the role requires

  • At least 3 years' experience in social media and content, with practical work across TikTok and Instagram, including creator-style content and premium brand storytelling.
  • Strong editing ability using CapCut or similar tools, plus confidence shooting on mobile and directing talent or creators on set.
  • Excellent creative judgement, a strong eye for aesthetics and commercial awareness of how content drives brand demand.
  • Solid organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Comfort using reporting tools such as Dash Hudson and turning performance metrics into useful action points.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to take initiative.
  • Strong interest in wellbeing, beauty or lifestyle brands, with enthusiasm for the NEOM world.
  • Willingness to support events and brand activations outside standard working hours.
  • Desirable: prior experience with beauty, fragrance or wellbeing brands, plus work with UGC creators.
  • Desirable: understanding of paid social and creative testing approaches.
