Job description
Overview
NEOM Wellbeing is hiring a creative, community-focused Social Media & Community Executive to join its growing social team. The role is based in either the London or Harrogate office and involves managing the brand’s global social presence, building engagement, and helping the company connect with its audience beyond digital channels.
This is a practical, hands-on position suited to someone with around 1 to 2 years of social media experience, a strong interest in wellbeing and lifestyle brands, and confidence creating content both behind the camera and in front of it. The role also includes contributing insights to internal teams, converting customers into loyal advocates, and supporting a community that actively champions the brand.
About NEOM Wellbeing
NEOM Wellbeing describes itself as a movement focused on supercharging wellbeing through 100% natural fragrances. The business is B Corp certified, award-winning, and committed to supporting people, communities, and the planet. The company also emphasizes an inclusive culture and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences as an equal opportunities employer.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and schedule content for organic social channels, while responding quickly to trending topics and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and authentic.
- Create and edit channel-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including being comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
- Handle day-to-day community engagement across all social platforms, including the Global Facebook Group and Instagram Broadcast Channel.
- Review audience sentiment, measure key performance indicators, and share practical insights with the Brand, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Build relationships with highly engaged followers and brand advocates, encouraging participation and user-generated content.
- Organize and host community events in stores and at outside venues, and help support influencer experiences in coordination with the PR team.
- Work closely with Design, PR, CRM, and the Wellbeing Hub to keep messaging and execution consistent across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media.
- Comfort with taking direction while also managing day-to-day execution independently.
- Experience using CapCut or a similar tool to edit TikToks and Reels.
- A collaborative approach with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining online communities.
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- Excellent organization and close attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social reporting tools such as Dash Hudson or similar platforms.
- Strong interest in wellbeing, beauty, or lifestyle brands and enthusiasm for the NEOM brand world.
Perks and Benefits
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Paid time off on your birthday.
- Additional wellbeing time to rest and recharge.
- A free NEOM product each month, plus employee discounts.
- Health support benefits including cash-back plans, outpatient cover, GP consultations, therapies, and mental health support.
- Volunteer leave and support for personal fundraising efforts.
Additional Information
The company says it values team members who reflect its culture: a positive “Good Egg” attitude, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and the belief that attitude matters. The business also notes that it is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. Applications are invited from candidates who align with the brand’s values and want to help shape an engaged, enthusiastic community.
