Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service by managing business and personal lending requests for Small Business customers with simplicity and efficiency.
- Act swiftly to drive revenue growth and enhance customer advocacy.
- Maintain a customer-first approach, increasing the number of clients who choose NAB as their preferred bank.
- Tailor holistic banking solutions based on a comprehensive understanding of individual customer needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the Retail Branch and Broker networks to improve portfolio results and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Genuine motivation to connect personally with clients, enabling them to feel empowered in achieving their business aspirations.
- Experience in business or retail banking lending.
- Strong knowledge of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) market.
- Exceptional skills in customer relationship management and building lasting connections.
- Proficient in problem solving, critical thinking, and negotiation tactics.
