This position operates within the Business Direct Small Business team, emphasizing a customer-obsessed culture focused on building strong, lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million and home lending up to $3 million with simplicity and efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth and enhance customer advocacy through rapid and effective actions.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction to increase the number of customers who regard NAB as their preferred bank.
- Understand customer needs thoroughly to offer comprehensive and personalized banking solutions.
- Collaborate with Retail Branch and Broker networks to strengthen portfolio performance and improve customer outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong motivation for establishing authentic personal connections with clients, empowering their business ambitions.
- Experience in business or retail banking lending.
- Experience in agribusiness lending is considered advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Proficient problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation capabilities.
